By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Ownership and Operator

The Service is owned and operated by Jonathan Gonzalez, based in Tennessee, United States.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Users may create accounts to access certain features of the Service. You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Minors: Users under 18 may use the Service with appropriate parental or guardian permission. By allowing a minor to use the Service, the parent/guardian accepts responsibility for the minor’s use.

3. AI-Powered Recommendations Disclaimer

The Service uses Google Gemini AI to provide travel suggestions, including attractions, restaurants, and itineraries. These recommendations are for informational purposes only and may not be accurate, complete, or up to date. StellarRoam does not guarantee the safety, availability, or quality of any recommended activity or location. Users should independently verify all travel information.

4. User Content

You may add activities, preferences, comments, and other content (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant StellarRoam a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, modify, and display such content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

You remain the owner of your User Content.

5. Payments and Advertising

The Service is currently ad-supported.

StellarRoam may introduce premium features offered via monthly subscription. Payment details and terms will be provided at that time.

By using the Service, you agree that advertisements may appear alongside your content and activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials available on the Service (excluding User Content), including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of StellarRoam or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify such materials without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

StellarRoam does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

StellarRoam is not responsible for bookings, cancellations, safety, or costs incurred during your trips.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StellarRoam’s liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid, if any, for premium subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

StellarRoam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or delete user accounts at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
